OUR SERVICES
Through our programs, we offer services tailored to an individual’s needs by taking into account their history, recovery path, and equipping them to perform at their best.
Through our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) program, we help clients get the best mental health service, through medication management and therapeutic services. To foster client’s needs and goals and to help develop effective coping mechanisms, To empower clients in taking the necessary steps to function effectively in the community and we are committed to the betterment of individuals in their community by providing psychoeducation, prevention, and therapeutic interventions.
Within the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), we work one-on-one with youth, adults, and families to assess the rehabilitation needs of the individual, Define measurable rehabilitation goals, provide guidance and assistance in achieving the defined goals.
We offer Case Management (CM) services to youth, adults, and families in the city of Baltimore. We assess the services that an individual needs, and connect them with such services. Similarly, we assess the health care needs of an individual, connect them with the providers of such care, and ensure that the individual is receiving the care that is relevant to their specific needs.
